Bad mood. Work, kids, work, kids, work, kids. Where&#8217;s the fun? 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Most of you know me, so this is superfluous.  I&#8217;m going to write it anyway.</p>
<p>This diet thing is a pain.  I cannot just go out and buy a cookbook with low calorie, fat free recipes.  Why?  Because I hate all that crap.  I&#8217;m finicky and have serious food issues.  I just want to cut back on fat and calories and try to exercise more. </p>
<p>It has been relativley easy, but there have been moments of weakness.  I blame it on hormones, and I&#8217;m being dead serious. </p>
<p>The routine that I set in my mind was easy up until PMS reared its ugly head.  I always protested that I wasn&#8217;t an emotional eater, but during PMS, well, that&#8217;s another story.  Luckily, it only lasts a few days and depending on what stressors I have at the moment, can be pretty mild or off the charts.</p>
<p>So with that said, I&#8217;m doing the best that I can at the moment.  I&#8217;m know I could do even better, but I&#8217;m not in that PLACE yet.</p>
<p>Baby steps.</p>
